What It Is

GrowDefender Ready to Use is an antimicrobial agent that is bacteriostatic, fungistatic (mold & mildew), and algaestatic. EPA-approved for use in cannabis grow houses and commercial cultivation environments.

How It Works

Where to Apply

• Walls, floors, ceilings, non-food contact surfaces
• HVAC components, air filters, air handling systems
• Tools, carts, trays, racks, benches
• Non-porous surfaces (plastic, vinyl, stainless steel, fiberglass)
• Porous materials (textiles, foams, filters used in facilities)

WHEN NOT TO USE:

• Do not spray on plants
• It is not designed to clean residues and sticky substances off surfaces. It is designed to be applied to clean surfaces. Use the GrowDefender Cleaner to clean surfaces before using the Antimicrobial.

Surfaces and HVAC Filters

Before You Use

1. Must be clean and free of foreign debris.
2. Must be dry.

How to Apply

1. Use an atomizer to lightly coat surfaces and filters with GrowDefender Antimicrobial.
2. Allow the Antimicrobial to dry for 20 minutes. Wipe dry any excess solution after 20 minutes.

Water Systems

‍

Before You Use

1. Water systems must be cleaned with an acid cleaner to remove existing biofilm.
2. Empty water tanks and water lines.

How to Apply

1. Use an atomizer to lightly coat internal surfaces of water tanks.
2. Allow Antimicrobial to dry for 20 minutes.
3. Fill water lines with Antimicrobial and hold the solution in the lines for 20 minutes.
4. Flush and recapture antimicrobial and refill with fresh water. Do not allow antimicrobial to go down the drain.
